Addiction is a chronic medical condition, with both biological/medical and psychological/social aspects, yet access to medical treatment for addiction is limited. New anti-addiction medications are now available, making medical treatment of addiction available in a confidential and convenient clinic-based setting.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive outpatient addiction and/or smoking cessation treatment, including FDA-approved anti-addiction medications, to adults and adolescents in a primary care clinic-based setting, with the goal of integrating addiction and/or smoking cessation treatment into each patient's ongoing primary care.
